Did anyone see this on Look North (Leeds) last night. It looked rather nice but I choked on my cuppa when they mentioned the £40k+ price tag.

Found this article on the PC web page

No, but I had a look around it at the NEC. The £41,995 price tag was a joke. I will accept that it was well finished, but there were far too many flaws with it to be taken seriously (even if one had that kind of money). For instance, a pull out tap that doubled as a shower head. I thought they went years ago. The kitchen was far too low for me, and I'm only 5'10" tall (or short), and the whole thing was so channelled that it was like walking through an ancient railway carriage. They should be applauded for trying something different, and at £15 - £20,000 maybe, but at that price..............

Perhaps it's called the monopod, because they lifted the other one and ran away with it! Wink

must say that i rather like the look of the outside but my biggest flaw would no awning rail! 5 of us and two dowgs with not even the porch up would be too much!!

We're getting hold of this shortly to have a proper look - we'll let you know how it works in the 'field'!
