I replied to your email, thanks for the heads up.
Text editors such as Microsoft Word often cause this sort of thing to happen and should not be used to pre-edit forum posts for this website
The best way to submit a pre-edited forum post is to type it directly into the reply box, disable rich text to carry out a spell check (use right click to correct spelling)
Click on Preview to carry out further edits if necessary and then click on Save.
