Couplands Caravans has been named the Best Supplying Dealer: New Caravans at the Owner Satisfaction Awards 2025.
The Owner Satisfaction Awards sees members of the Camping and Caravanning Club and readers of Practical Caravan vote, with the aim of helping readers to buy the best caravans. The process not only identifies the standout manufacturers, but also reveals the dealers who are providing a great service, with voting not only covering the initial contact with the dealer and the process of picking up the caravan but also any caravan servicing or warranty work that follows.
Couplands Caravans took gold in what was a fiercely fought battle for top spot, with the dealer’s score of 88.3% narrowly seeing off second-placed Salop Leisure’s total of 87.8%. This was all the more impressive as Salop took top spot in the Best Supplying Dealer: Pre-Owner Caravans category.
The final dealer to secure Gold was Raymond James Caravans, thanks to a score of 82.8%.
Three Silver Awards were also achieved, with Spinney, Highbridge Caravans and Kimberley Caravans scoring 75.2%, 74.6%, and 72.6% respectively.
Couplands stocks a range of brands, including Elddis, Bailey, Swift and the brand that was named the best manufacturer overall at this year’s Owner Satisfaction Awards 2025, Coachman.
