The Camping and Caravanning Club has announced the date for this year’s National Camping and Caravanning Week: 31 May to 6 June.
This year’s themes for the week-long event are aimed at people who are new to camping, caravanning or motorhoming along with the feeling of freedom that goes with it.
The Club’s Michelle Jewell, who leads the initiative, said: “We’re confident this year is going to be a great one for the camping and caravanning industry, as people look to enjoy some much-needed time away from home in the fresh air.
“National Camping and Caravanning Week is all about celebrating everything to do with our great pastime, and because in the past year we have seen so many people enjoy camping for the first time – or rediscover it – we want to provide lots of helpful tips and inspiration for future camping adventures.”
Whether campers are keen to get clued up with expert knowledge from the Club’s technical team, enter competitions to win camping kit and accessories, or even register to attend a camping experience event at the Club’s Drayton Manor Site in Staffordshire, this year’s National Camping and Caravanning Week has plenty in store.
The Club will launch a series of exciting competitions, along with Club partners such as GO Outdoors, Vango, Outwell, Coleman and The Outdoor Guide, in the coming weeks to win camping kit and accessories. Meanwhile, details of how to register to become an official new to camping family and attend the Club’s camping experience at Drayton Manor Club Site will be available at nccw.co.uk shortly.
