Voting is now open for the Owner Satisfaction Survey 2025!

If you’ve purchased a new or pre-owned caravan since 1 January 2021 and have owned it for at least three months, we’d love to hear from you in our Owner Satisfaction Survey 2025 – and you could win a stay at a Camping and Caravanning Club site too!

The Awards, which launched in 2004, are based solely on owner feedback, offering valuable insight into the industry as a whole, revealing the best caravan brands and dealers in the process, as well as the practicality and reliability of the tourer. Now, for the eighth year in a row, we’re organising this year’s Owner Satisfaction Awards with The Camping and Caravanning Club.

As a thank you for taking the time to do it, everyone who completes the survey will be in with a chance of winning a seven-night stay at a Camping and Caravanning Club Site of their choice, while there are two further prizes of a three-night stay at a Camping and Caravanning Club site of their choosing as well.
