A NEW CARAVAN – in fact, a new single-model range – has been added to the Coachman line-up mid-season.
The four-berth Lusso takes the price of a Coachman tourer over £40,000 for the first time.
That gets you an 8ft-wide van offering self-levelling and Alde heating, plus features that you don’t see elsewhere, including a roof-mounted Wi-Fi system and even a personal safe.
You also get a spacious front lounge with a C-shaped sofa and a telescopic table. We think if you have the budge, this could make a great seasonal pitch.
Elsewhere, this season sees the launch of the first single-axle Laser, the 575 Xcel. The new 845 Xcel, meanwhile, sticks with a twin axle and L-shaped lounge.
Two new models have been added to the Acadia range. The 830 Tel has bunks in the rear in front of an end washroom, while the 875 Xcel has a rear transverse island bed.
You’ll also notice Coachman’s new branding, which includes part of the heraldry developed by its founder, the late Jim Hibbs.
